Default Dependant child but only just

Please can someone explain where the CPC-M comes into the process? is it the beginning or the end or somewhere in the middle.

My reason for asking is
Note: Dependent children must meet the above requirements on the day the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M) receives a complete application. Whether or not they have attained the age of 22, children falling under type A must not be married or be involved in a common-law relationship at the time of visa issuance and when they enter Canada.

We are in the NSNP system and are hoping that as she is already in the system she will be accepted, our docs are still at Halifax and dont expect to recieve our nomination before November. Probelm is my daughter is 22 in November. Hummmmm

many thanks helpful people

You've already had this answered in your previous thread on the subject - http://britishexpats.com/forum/showthread.php?t=731025

Also, the text you quote (CPC-M) won't have any relevance anyway - Mississauga has nothing to do with PNP applications, only family sponsorship applications are done there.

As you have already asked this question and PMM (who is our expert btw) has answered, I shall close this duplicate thread.
