Default denied, what next Mr Miller and experts ??

Hello Mr Miller and experts,
Here is my story:
I got my AOR in April of 2002 (applied Jan-02).
Had a baby in March, so sent additional stuff in July.
No communication with buffalo since then.
Got a letter last week saying my application has been denied because I
have only 74 points and minimun requirement is 75.

I have been in the US for the last 11 years and was looking forward to
moving to vancouver sometimes next year where my brother and his
family have been living. I myself have been to vancouver several times
and am in love with it.
Is there anything that I can do now? I did not show arranged
employment on my applicatin, which I could have since my brother has a
consulting firm there.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Luke.

Sorry to hear about refusal - it really sucks when you are just 1 point
short - but there is nothing you can do with the refusal as long as points
were calculated properly. Your only option will be to re-apply once you have
enough points. And please "don't do it at home" next time as re-applying
after refusal is something one should take rather seriously.
