Debt and application for PR in Quebec

Hello, I own almost US $30,000 to my credit card with low interest (5 to 8 %) but I have
around US $25,000 in the stocks and bonds and have $8,000 in cache for moving to Canada.
Is the Debt will be a big negative factor in considering me for the PR to Quebec.
