where do i send my paper work of to sponsor my husband if I am living in the UK with him.
I am sponsoring his as a spouse and our visa office will be london England

secondly can we pay th fees online even thou our local visa office will be London England.

You submit both packages (your application to sponsor and his PR visa application) together to Mississauga. Once your sponsorship application is approved PR case will be forwarded by Mississauga to London.
