Default Dear Andrew Miller, I need your help!!

Dear Andrew Miller,

I have worked for almost 3 years in CANADA from 2000.
I appplied for PR at Dec 1, 2001 and got an interview wavier and took
medical examination on Feb 2003. And e-client system shows "In-Progress"
But my company bankruppted this month. So I lost my job.
I would like to know how this affect my application.
Without work permit, my point is under 70.
Please tell me what I need to do..

Best Regards,

Michle

Law says that you must meet all criteria not only at the time of application
and assessment but also at the time final decision is made and visa is being
issued. So, you may be in troubles, unless you are lucky and officer let you
pass.

But I can't tell you what to do without being able to fully assess your
case, sorry.

In all lilkihood nothng will happen in your case as you are in the final
stages of processing. The visa officer will be awaiting other statutory
requirements including medical and security clearance. I don not thisnk
there is an issue in your case. Sit tight and await instructions from the
visa office.
