Default Daughter due for kindergarten, visa says no???

Hi all,

I've now been here a year (student visa), hubby (open work permit), son (study visa, and my daughter (visitors record she was 3 when we arrived).

So my daughter is due to start kindergarten, she has been signed up since April. We completed all the school board forms and not once did they ask to see her visa... I presume it is because they asked to look at ours and my son already had a study visa. She is due to start kindergarten next week.

Anyway, for no real reason, I was looking at our visa's and noticed that my daughter's said that she 'is not allowed to attend any educational establishment'.

I've emailed an immigration lawyer and he said he has never seen a condition like this. He's looking into it. He also said he we may want to go to the border, but I don't get why. I'm really concerned and wonder whether any one has any advice?

Thanks

Minor children who are already in Canada accompanying a parent who is permitted to study or work may study in Canada without a study permit at the pre-school, primary and secondary levels.

Find out if your child needs a study permit

No permit necessary.

Yes that's a standard condition pre printed. As Siouxie said she can attend school/kindergarten.
