Date of Birth Difference

Hello My date of birth differs from that on the Passport, an error caused which
cannot be rectified. Will my PR application get rejected on account of this.

How big is the date difference. If it is years you may have a problem but if it a
matter of days no problem. The real issue is why is there a discrepancy.

Dear John: No your PR will not get rejected. What you need to do is tell Immigration
Which date is Correct and provide Two Additional documents stating which date is
correct. If the Passport is wrong, the Passport Office MUST (of any country), correct
the Passport and reflect the correct date. Again, even the passport office will
require two different documents or Affidavits showing the corrected date.
