Default To Damodar/Reddy_cd: what is your current e-client status?

Damodar --

While browsing messages in this NG from about a month back, I came
across some messages from you where you say that your e-client status
is showing "Decision Made", although you have not got an inital
assessment, nor medical forms.

Can you post here what actually turned out?
Did you get approval, or did you get an initial assessment, or what?

Thanks.

Hi,

After e-client turning to "decision made", I have got a refusal letter (June 17, 2003, but dated June 13 at Buffalo) saying that I do not meet the requirements of law (I was awarded 74 points as against the 75 as per the new law). But the fact was that my case was a transfer case and I should have come under the transition law with a pass mark of minimum 70. So, I have sent many requests to Buffalo for reconsideration of my application. After one month (mid July, 2003) or so, my eclient again turned to "in process", but till date I did not receive any written response from them. Even now also the status shows as "in process"

I don't know what is going on there. I am really tired and thinking to go back once I finish my studies here.

If you need any other information, pl let me know, I will try to post here

Wow ! Your case is one of classic screw-up by the CHC.
I admire your perseverance.

Have you requested your CAIPS notes to see what's going on?
That ought to give you some information.

I guess the e-client status changing to "In Process" is a good thing.
Looks like they may have re-opened your case.

Best wishes.

Hi webcrawler,

Thanks for your concern and best wishes. I did request for CAIPS notes, but it was before the ECAS turning to "in proess" from "decision made". Anyway. I will once again request for CAIPS and see what's going on there.

once again thanks !
