Default Current LMO processing times in BC

Hi everyone,

I just put in an application for an LMO with my employer this week in BC. I was wondering if anyone has any recent experience with getting these processed and/or has any idea on what the processing times currently are? Trying to make decisions about how many months to extend my current apartment lease before making the move.

Thanks,
Brad

How long left on your lease?

Have you submitted the LMO in with plenty of time remaining on your work visa?

Don't know about BC, my employer did one for my job offer in SK last year. The wait time was about 6 weeks.

I'm actually not living in Canada at the moment, so it was more to determine what I should do with my apartment situation before being able to move back to Vancouver. I'm assuming it will be around 8+ weeks for the LMO to process, but hoping sooner.
