Contact CIC possible?

Can anyone tell us if it is possible to find out when, or if, our temp work permit has been sent to us?? We have had medicals about 3 weeks ago so thought we might hear something fairly soon!!! Can't really find anything on CIC website.
Or are we just been impatient???
