Consequences of School with no visa
My family is here on a tourist visa awaiting my wifes canadian citizenship to come through. What would be the consequences of sending our children to school here without the student visa, as far as her sponsoring us as a family class in the near future?

Squizzer, you seem to be digging yourself a hole. If and when your wife receives her citizenship, there maybe a problem with an in-canada application. If CIC applies the law as written, the children would be in violation and supposedly could not be processed in Canada.
