Hi!
We are ready to send our forms off for spousal sponsorship. I'm Canadian/British my hubby is British. We both live in the UK. I've only been back in the UK 3 years.

I am totally confused on the CIC site and mistakes are not an option at this stage - do we send the application to London or Mississauga. One page says Mississauga and somewhere else says your country of nationality or some such thing.

Please....anyone???

CPC Mississauga.

If you send it to London, they'll rifle through it a bit and send it back to you for you to forward on to Mississauga yourself. I know this because my OH didn't read the instructions properly

However, we are sitting here filling in the online forms and the one question that is odd is on Application to Sponsor and undertaking, page 3 number 6 - 'if the above address is not in the country of nationality of the person you are sponsoring, has that person been lawfully admitted for a period of at least one year in the country where he/she is living?' (our above address is the UK) so after a bit of deciphering, we've answered 'No' 'The application will be processed at the visa office responsible for the country of which the person you are sponsoring is a national.

Then you are supposed to skip C and go to where you fill out a mailing address if diff from one above. So that suggests the UK? But........
