You would have had the conditions explained. On the COPR there is a box that says conditions. If conditions are imposed and you don't meet them, then you will be reported and removed from Canada.

Thanks Again,
PMM that is what I wanted to explain as I am from Germany where I cannot find any help in english.I had applied in buisness class provincial nominee programme.I had signed only one declaration form where I declared that I and my familly will intend to stay in the nominating province.I had not any other agreement to sign. Now on my copr or visa there is no mention about must to stay in the nominating province. On conditions it is written -00.Is it a special code or it means NO CONDITIONS.
Thanking you again.

00 means no conditions imposed, should be interesting if you move from the province where you got the PNP.
