Community Identified Stream Nova Scotia

If the current age criteria for applying under this stream is 55yrs , does this mean that an applicant who is still 55 and not yet reached their 56th birthday can still qualify?
I would be grateful if anyone could clarify this for me.

If the limit is 55, then that's as old as you can be when applying. So answer to your question is yes.
