Default Common Law Tax Question

We are just putting the finishing touches to our CL application and I am trying to work out if I need to put in a tax form for myself.

I am British, my sponsor is Canadian and we currently live in the UK. She has her Option 'C' arriving in the post shortly but I can't work out if I need to put in a tax form as well (such as a P60)? I don't believe I need to put in any proof of income for myself either?

Thanks

No, only the sponsor needs to submit tax records (if she has one from the UK then she could also include that).
