Hi again

I forgot to mention that we are both in Canada for the last 12 months so we used the service of a Canadian commissioner of oath. I am not sure if it is done by a non-Canadian commissioner of oath makes a difference.

The price was $7.00 i think but it was definitely less than $10.00
