Default common law sponsorship statuary declaration of common law union question

Ok so just going through this and was just trying to figure out the commissioner of oath section, what is this??? who can i get to sign that section?

thanks for your help just when i think i have everything i notice something new so frustrating

If you used the search button you would of found out straight away that you only need to sign this form if your partner is a co-signer

once again, you only need to get this form done if you have a co-signer

Ok perfect so if no co signer dont need to worry about filling out that form?

sorry my heads spinning so much info did look for search tool couldnt find it then see it now

Ok im more confused now i did a search and everyone seems to indicate we do need it?

i am currently in canada and we are doing an application from outside and we do not have a cosigner.

more advise would be greatly appreciated

OK im really confused I think I figure it out then read something new and decide i Havent, so my gf is sponsoring me. Am i seen as a cosigner or not?? if not what exactly is the cosigner for?
I apologise if these seem basic questions my head is spinning

No, there is no co-signer in spousal applications. Only in parents/gr.parents, dependent children.

I meet my wife in Vegas on April 13th 2010 and basically went on some trips i moved to Canada on a vistor visa in Dec 2010 and we got married a year later and i got my PR stuff in Novermber (i came back to work in the UK in October) i had no problems getting my PR
