Default Common law declaration - where & how??

Hi Guys,

Just wondered if anyone has had to get their common law declaration signed in or around Vancouver? and does this cost money to have the Commissioner of oaths do this?

Also what evidence did you have to provide? the forms not too clear on that.

thanks in advance!
