Collecting PR visas from CHC London

Collecting PR visas from CHC London
A quick question: My Partner (Who I have sponsored for a PR visa - and her dependent son) is due to collect their PR visas from the CHC London tomorrow afternoon (Thursday). She is feeling rather ill and would like me to pick them up for her. Can I do so, and if so, do I need an 'authorization letter' from her? Or can I just turn up at the appointed time with the paper/cloak room ticket she got from them when she sumitted their passports two weeks ago?

You need a letter of authorization.
