Smile Collected PR Visa's Today

Folks,

Picked up our passports today with shiny Canadian Visa's affixed.

It has taken us 33 months from application (we were quoted 30) albeit there was a 60 day delay when a certificate needed to be resent (got lost apparently).

We noted earlier that someone mentioned that CHC at Sandown said that it takes 12 months from the 90 day letter - that is exactly how long it has taken us so that seems fairly accurate.

For those nearing the end of the process - the last hurdles of medicals, passport submission and visa collection fly by really quickly.

For those with a way to go then our advice would be to use the time wisely as when things start to happen they really happen at a pace.

Best of luck to everyone - we need to sell our house next and then Ottawa here we come!!.

Hiya

Congrats on the visa, its great to finally have them isn't it.

Let us know how you get on in Ottawa, we plan to go there next year as most of the work for Mark is there.

Good Luck
