Citizenship - Request for passport pages
So today got an email inviting to take the Citizenship test (Hurray!), there were two documents attached to the email, one information on the test and the other a request for electronic copies of all of my passport pages.
So I went ahead and created a pdf of all my pages and it requests they be sent by "replying to this email" changing the subject of the email to your name and application number. I did this and I immediately got an automated reply that "This mailbox can only be used to provide a reasonable explanation for missing or being unable to attend an exam or a ceremony (with documentary evidence). For any other specific inquiries regarding your application, we invite you to complete the IRCC web form" So not sure really what to do now, anyone have any advice? |
Re: Citizenship - Request for passport pages
I have a feeling the Citizenship office will likely get your email but why don't you send a webform with a copy of the request email and the passport pages to cover yourself. Write an explanation of what happened.

Re: Citizenship - Request for passport pages
I got the same request (colour copies of all pages of my passport), but got asked to send to a physical IRCC office address within 30 days.
