Citizenship payment form
Hi All
My son is applying for citizenship. He has downloaded the forms, filled them all in and paid his fees online.
He has printed off the receipt for payment, but there is a payer information box which must be filled in by hand which we are unsure about.
In it there is a box on the top line next to the date of birth box which is entitled Client ID. Does anything has to be written in this box since he has no clent ID yet?
We are not sure what to do. Please can any who have already been down this path give some clarification?
Thanks
Penny

Penny, how did he pay his fees on-line? I have been trying and failing for I days now, I have spoken to Visa and Mastercard, and there's no problem from their end, but this stupid site will just not let me pay. I really would appreciate your help. Many thanks, and I'm sorry I can't respond to your son's problem, and I am sure I too will have that if..... I can ever make the machine take my money!

Hi Millie
Are you applying to the canadian office or from somewhere else.
That might make a difference.

And by the way I found the answer to the question I asked.
The ID Number is on the permenant residence card.
