Im assuming you are using the new forms as per this link
Application for Canadian Citizenship: Adults (18 years of age or older) Applying under subsection 5(1)

Otherwise thats all I have got short of saying answer the question honestly then add a page as to why no CIT 0177 is not included.

Yes I've been using the new forms (another reason I wished I'd got on with it sooner, I'd made a start on the old forms and had to redo everything).

I think the only option is to tick yes and add another document explaining. If you've come to the same conclusion I get the feeling it's the only option! Thanks for the help :-)

I was wondering if you wouldn't mind giving an update on what you ended up doing and what was the result. We have the identical situation to you with my husband and can find no clear guidance anywhere.
