We have an appt tomorrow but can't find an old passport, the one my husband had when we landed. Will this be a problem? He thinks that the passport office kept it when. He got the new one.

OMG how long is that? 4 years???

My poor cousin has been waiting for ages!

You may want to have a look at this file - this is what Call Centre agents have in front of their eyes when quoting delays for your CIT/other apps in offices across the country:

http://rapidshare.com/files/21645117...aysFeb2013.pdf

Interestingly enough, I see 48 months figure not where I'd expect it to be.

Just received our letters too...our ceremony is March 6 too, in Scarborough, Ontario!

We applied in Feb 2011 - so just over 2 years! Doesn't matter now - we are almost Canadian!!!!!

I think around 5-6 weeks... I was expecting to wait 12 months or more based on the posts here, so the test letter came as quite a shock!
