Default Child born outside Canada to a landed immigrant

If the landed immigrant's child is born outside the canada, what will be the
status of the child in canada? How the child can come to canada?

None. Child will have no status in Canada and will have to be sponsored once
parent (or parents) return to Canada and re-establish their permanent
residency here.

Thanks Miller.

Then How can they bring the child into Canada, If the child has no status in
canada?
Which visa should they apply for the child?

They cannot, unless child is granted visitor visa - highly unlikely for many
nationals. Unfortunately some don't plan ahead and don't investigate
implications of giving birth abroad - regardless how important were cultural
or other reasons for giving birth abroad it wasn't worth the troubles. At
lease one parent must return to Canada, re-establish residency here and
start sponsorship process if visitor visa application is refused.

Or unless child is a citizen of a country whose nationals don't need a
visa to visit Canada. Even in this case there can be problems on
arrival, and any medical issues the child has can also cause major
problems.

Going back to one's home country to give birth is hardly a good
example of the 'think Canadian' outlook that's essential for a
succesful immigration to Canada.

Most Canadians want their children born on Canadian soil.
