I would welcome views on the following situation
Myself and my wife are in Canada on a work visa and have applied for PR
status. Since the application my wife has become pregnant. It is likely that
the child will be born in Canada. What additional paper work, fee's or
medicals will be needed for the child or will it automatically be a Canadian
citizen and therefore no changes are needed in our application.
Hope this makes sense.
Cheers
Jeff

Child born in Canada will be a Canadian citizen. You should notify visa post
about the birth anyway, but no medicals, fees or anything else will be
required.

It will make a difference in your application as the bambino besides
bringing joy to your life is worth 5 extra points in the selection
criteria.
