Default CHC London asking IELTS again

Dear all,
I applied in oct 2001 to CHC London, sent IELTS(photocopy non notarised) in Oct 2002, resent new IRPA forms, updated references and IELTS Original (not copy) again on April 2003, now to my surpise i recieve a letter from CHC London asking to send IELTS forms within 30 days when i have actually done it twice. Ok i am resending it anyway but my question why this

1. Is it a mass mailing letter for all backlog cases while they have actually not looked into my file as yet.

2. Could it be coz i did not send a notarised copy of IELTS result ( on one occassion i send a photocopy and other the actual original)

Please ur help will be appreciated.

It may be that they want you to submit *new* IELTS test results so I suggest
you check if they want you to retake the tests.

Why Should I retake the IELTS. It is valid for 2 years. If thats the case the letter should have mentioned that we need you to retake IELTS.It only mentions send original IELTS test report form.

Moreover if they delay the file say for 4yrs do u mean to say we keep taking IELTS every year. Its thier problem and they cannot be doing that right.
