What should you do if CHC loses your documents?

I can't complain as I go to the bottom of the pile, but I don't know what else to do.....

I can never imagine that CHC can lose any documents of urs! its their responsibility after u send it to them and i have never heard that they lost something!
wats prompting u to ask that? did something happen with u? tell us ur details and we might be able to help!!!!

Hey Ben,

We make lots of jokes here about documents getting lost, but usually there is another explaination. Amancharan is right, if you give the details we may be able to help figure it out.
