Changing name on PR card

Does anyone know the procedure to have a current PR card ammended or
replaced to show a recent name change? Ive looked at the forms to get
a PR card.. but none of that seems relevent.. since I already have a
PR card. Thanks

I'll bet you have to wait until you apply for the enxt one, unfortunately.
You coult try sending in a new application and including your old card and
the proof of name change, with the fee, of course.
