Default Changed destination plans

What are the consequences, if I change your destination city/province
on landing (Quebec is excluded at all). Can I lose any rights in the
future?
Can this cause problems when I apply for PR card, health card, job,
soc.assistance, citizenship, whatever?
Do I have to submit request to the processing office?

I believe you have to land where you put in ur application but can move
afterwards...check with CIC to be sure.

Wrong again you idiot.

You can land ANYWHERE except in Quebec if you specified anywhere outside
Quebec (unless you have proof of a prearranged job outside Quebec
complete with starting date).

You can land ANYWHERE if you specified landing in the province of
Quebec.

You are free to move to Quebec virtually any time after landing although
if you go too soon they may hassle you over health care etc.
