change in rules for visitors to the US
I keep hearing this ongoing rumor that valid PR holders from countries like India will require a visitor visa to the US in the near future.
Can the experts please verify the validity of this statement ?

This is a proposal by the US gov't with a lot of support. It has not
been enacted yet.
