Hi everyone,
Just got the news about this change to Quebec's Skilled Worker applications. Looks like official test results for the languages are now mandatory if you want to claim points for them on your applications.

Luckily I'm taking TEFaQ tomorrow but bit annoyed that it seems I have to take a test to prove my English ability. More $$$!

I tried to find any updated data on the official immigration websites for both federal (http://www.cic.gc.ca) and for Quebec (http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/index.html) and didn't find anything supporting this info.
Please if you have an official source for this info post us the link.
