Hi: I'm an Indian national working in Singapore and am planning to apply for Canadian PR
from here. I'm not sure where I'll be located one year from now though I might not be
moved out of Singapore at all. How easy/difficult is it to change address or country of
interview etc. and what are the other implications? Thanks.
