My status has now been "Decision Mad" for 3 months. I already paid the Right of Permanent Residence fee but have not heard anything. Sent 2 emails and got the automated response. I am not sure whats going on there.

Did you have the medical examination? If not, the decision could be negative.

Thanks for the reply. I have done medicals. I did medicals in August 2012. Then was contacted early Feb to pay the fee and send in my passport. I live in Calgary and had to send it to Ottawa.

You are on the positive track and unless you're an international criminal or suffer from a serious costly illness, you are in. You are already in Canada and you will receive the big notice shortly I am sure.
