A Candian citizen has already sponsored her husband and parents and they are all
landed immigrants now. Can she go to the US to work on TN1 or HIB visa, or does she
still need Canadian income to meet 10 years undertaking? Your professional advice is
highly appreciated.

A Canadain citozen can leave Canada after sponsoring and go to the USA to work. You
are still responsible for the sponosred dependents however.

thanks, Jim. But it is ok for her to sponsor other relatives in a later time if she
works in US without Canadian income?
