Hi,
I am already a landed imigrant, however I am not living permanently in Canada yet.
I landed last year and returned to my home country after several weeks. I will move for good to Canada in 5 months.
I am paying taxes in the country where I am living now.
Do I also have to pay Canadian taxes while living abroad?

You should probably file as that sets a base line for future RRSP contributions, Canada Child Tax Benefit etc. You would have to use your "world income" IIRC.

Its unlikely you would owe any money as there are reciprocal agreements to prevent double dipping. Dont know about your country in particular though.
