Re: Canada - Only Hype, a gigantic PR job

He can consider himself whatever he wants, but genetically he's not
black. His father is Chinese and his mother is Jamaican. Jamaican's
are only about 75% black, so he has more Chinese in him than black.
His skin may be dark, but his features are Oriental.
Did you do genetic tests on any of these people? Maybe in Jamaica the Chinese (father) are 33 % Black, so that he came out 54% Black - so he's mainly Black. ;-)

And they are 100% right. Sure Canada needs immigrants so they can pay
taxes to support Canadian welfare programs etc but the immigrants have
to take whatever jobs they can get. It is obvious and only fair that
is the way it is. And before you start flaming me: I myself couldn't
find something that was acceptable to me last year, but you don't find
me whining about that or the "racism". It is sad I would love to live
in Canada again but right now it's not for me because I'm just not
prepared to go through with the start at the beginning thing again. I
did it once I don't want to do it again. When I have saved enough
money to be able to live on a wal-mart wage then maybe I will come
back...

I don't know what prejudices other ethnic groups have but it's
definitely true that it's there. All ethnic groups have an element of
prejudice against others.
It's just there. I've felt semi-prejudice against me (I'm white) from
various ethnicities from Spanish, Mexican, Indian, Pakistani, Chinese
and Black, in various parts of the world including *but not limited
to* Canada but do you hear me whining about it? No: like the Chinese
(who also are heavily discriminated against) I just get on with it and
smile sweetly.

In an ideal world nobody would give anybody a hard time but even if
everyone looked the same, we would still find reasons to discriminate:
look at Northern Ireland where they discriminate against each other
because of religion...
BTW isn't India/Pakistan much the same: discrimination one group
against the other (although the same ethnic background) due mainly to
religion...
