Default Canada Immigration Questions

Hi, there
I am a Ph.D. student studying in Canada. My nationality is P.R.China.
Now, I am considering immigration to Canada.
I have one year work experience in China, and I have been a TA for
about 3 years: one year in Hong Kong, another 2 here. I saw that TA
and RA are listed in the occupation list.
I am 28 years old. Single. I have got a M.A. in China, and have spent
2 years in the Ph.D. program in UT.
I don't have any job offer here, but I do have the permission to work
in my campus as a TA, and I will be offered TA position for the next 2
years.
I am good at in Eng., I have taken TOEFL and scored 633. But that is 4
years ago, so maybe it expired.
I used the self-assessment from Canada immigration, and get 78 points.
But, I assume that I have 3 years work experience. My work here as TA
is not full time, though. SO, I wonder if that point is reasonable.
Pls give me some help.
THank you,

I counted only 73 points at best so far based on rather limited description
of your credentials. You may contact me directly for free evaluation.
