Also, what's your job and which province are you in? There may be other options if EE isn't possible.

And what was the ‘1 or 2 year course’ for education? Will it definitely count for points (i.e. it was academic, not vocational/professional)?
What’s your exact job?

I'm currently working in a legal cannabis dispensary, not as a manager or anything though.
I have a NVQ I think in I.T from a apprenticeship a long time ago.
I haven't taken my language test but I assume I'll pass that one, I took off a few points on the written part as I could possibly make a mistake on that part.

OK.
Firstly, I'm afraid I think you've given yourself points for education that won't be granted - as above, anything professional or vocational doesn't count for points purposes. So an NVQ is unlikely to get you any points, particularly if it was apprenticeship based rather than classroom based.
But can you give us more info on your job? Sorry to be a pain, but you're really not being specific enough for us to help you! I'm trying to work out if it's a 'skilled' job or not, just saying where you work doesn't help I'm afraid - are you sweeping the shop floor, or a shop assistant, or something else? Can you maybe look up your NOC code and give us that?
I notice you've got no points for a job offer, do you think your employer would want to keep you and do a bit of paperwork to help you get PR?

No need to be sorry, I'm grateful for the help.
I mainly do basic sales with a little bit of inventory work and cashier stuff. I wonder if the inventory stuff could be classified as skilled in any way? I think my boss would be willing to do some paperwork for me, he's a nice guy.
I put 0 for job offer as it only counts for skilled work right? It's also worth noting that my hours are limited for the time being due to the covid.

Additionally you need to meet the requirements of one NOC code and use that for an application. You don't need to meet every point on it and your job title doesn't have to match but generally you want to prove that you meet at least 70% of the duties on that NOC code.
You can't pick out bits and bobs from different NOC codes or try to qualify under a skilled code because you do one or two things on that list.
Hope that helps. Unfortunately from what you've said, my guess is you would be in level C but I'm sure Christmasoompa can confirm one way or another.

Retail Sales - NOC 6421 is likely to be a good fit.

If the above NOC is the best fit, is there any way of getting a skilled job sometime soon? A promotion, or moving companies maybe?

Re: In Canada on IEC visa, want PR, only 416 points
Which Province are you working in - some are easier to get Provincial Nomination for than others.
Do you have your QCW /Cannsell certification - or which ever certification your Province has for selling Cannabis?
Would you be able to apply for an assistant manager position - there are jobs available (would your store owner consider promoting you?)
Indeed

Hey guys, sorry for the late response,
I'm in ontario and yes I have my cansell, there's little to no chance of me being promoted to assistant manager, maybe a "team leader" position in the future.
