Default In Canada HRDC Exempt Work Permit & Arranged Employment Factor

I do not think any one here can answer you at the moment or willing to answer if
they know.

    >Dear Experts, Could you kindly clarify if one will be eligible for either 10 points
    >or 5 points in the arranged employment factor if the principal applicant is
    >currently in Canada holding a temporary work permit (valid Employment Authorization)
    >that is exempt from HRDC validation under either the spouse of skilled workers
    >program or as a spouse of a person with a valid student authorization.

other criteria?

    >receive 5 points under Adaptability for having Arranged Employment and may also
    >receive 5 points for having worked in Canada for a year (if they
have).
