Default Canada ETA for domestic travel?

Does anyone know if an ETA is required with your British passport for a domestic flight within Canada.
We had passports renewed for the children, and they don't have other photo IDs. I am trying to apply, but their website is down.
I plan to carry the old passports with valid ETA and study permits, but if someone can confirm, I can be at peace for the flight tomorrow.

Thank you!
