Default In-Canada application for PR processed-- and now???

A week ago I received a letter from the Case Processing Centre in
Vegreville, stating that they have completed the processing of my
in-Canada application in the family class, and that the CIC centre in
Vancouver,BC will be contacting me in regards to my PR status.

Further it says that I shall bring all my original identification
documents at the time of my appoinment.

After I got my first step of approval I received an open work permit
valid for 1 year.

If you have been in a comparable situation please let me know what
happened next. As well I got a few more questions :

How long does it take for CIC Vancouver to get back to me?

Is it an interview involving the landing process?

Does my spouse have to accompany me to an eventual interview since she
sponsores me?

thanks for your answers!
