Default Can visa officer reduce points after PSDEC (Please advise)

Hi Miller,
I applied for SW1 in March, 2003 at Buffalo. I got my CAIPS file yesterday. It says the PSDEC (paper screening decision) is passed on 20 may, 2003. I received 70 points under this evaluation.

It also says,
" PAPER FILE SENT TO PA FILE BF' D TO : PFD ON 19-11-2003"

Can PFD still reduce my points after PSDEC is passed and gave me 70 points.

what are my chances to get Immigration and approx. how long does it take after the above facts.

Thanx in Advance,
raja

Nothing is final until final decision is made. Initial points assessment may
be changed later if evidence and verification of credentials lead to
different conclusion.

To Andrew Miller and/or raja2003,

Pls what does PFD and PA FILE mean in the statement
" PAPER FILE SENT TO PA FILE BF' D TO : PFD ON 19-11-2003"
I am aware that BF'D means the brought forward day i.e. the next day that the file will be looked into again.

Many thanks for your anticipated input.

Jayajee,

The statement -"PAPER FILE SENT TO PA FILE BF' D TO : PFD ON 19-11-2003" roughly translates as;

Paper file has been sent to Immigration Officer whose initials are PA. File "bring forward date" (BF'D) happens to be the day when "paper file decision" (PFD) will be made on November 19, 2003.
