Default Can,t get email response to questions.

We applied for investor class through sydney australia.

Fast forward nearly 4 years and they have sent brief email saying our application is to be submitted in full now. Called it skilled worker?? we are investor.

Problem 1. We have been given 4 weeks to do it, not the 4 months they said when we lodged a simplified application.

Police checks wont be ready, we need them from UK, AUS and UAE

Now just noticed they also say on the checklist a IELTS test, april is the soonest in our area.

Emails to cic sydney never get replied to, and no phone contact only message to send a email. Round and round

If we lodge a half completed package it I assume it just gets rejected.

In a no win situation and to be honest not sure what to do next!! if they wont answer emails.

Looking at the Investor portal on CIC Australia it gives a contact email and address - is this the one you have used?

Federal investors who applied to the CIO and have a request for case information may contact the Client Service Unit (CSU).

You will not receive a reply to your email if:

you have not already applied as a federal investor;
you are not authorized to receive personal information;
you applied within the last six weeks; or
your enquiry concerns a topic other than your case.
Please do not send the same enquiry more than once.

You can reach the CSU at: [email protected]

Don't forget to give them your reference #, name, address and date of birth.

Thank you, I have now had a brief email in response, they must just take a while to reply.
