Yesterday, I called to the embassy in Bucharest and after checking my file number they
told me, that our visas are already issued, and I need to wait for the POVL (promise of
visa letter) in order to take them (in person).

Is it possible to go to the embassy and to take the visas without POVL? Unfortunately, the
post service in Bulgaria is not very reliable and as my wife is pregnant, I want to speed
up the process and to take the visas.

As I know, I must have my passport, traveller's checks or bank statement from USA or
Canada bank for the necessary amount of money.

What else I must to present to the embassy - my dependent's passports, other docs, etc?

Appreciate any help!
