Completed Medicals, FBI check, ROLF, FBI check sent second time. I'm assuming my case is getting close to being done. If for some reason i would have to leave the US (going through Buffalo) Can i continue my case in another country?

You can leave US but case will continue processing in Buffalo. You will have to maintain mailing address in US or Canada (and of course notify Buffalo if it is different from the one in application) as Buffalo will not send anything to addresses outside their jurisdiction. Once passport request comes you will have to submit it to Buffalo and again, it will only be returned to Canadian or US address.
