Can I apply for Common-Law PR outside canada if i''m inside canada ?
To anybody kind enough to help if possible,
The INLAND application guide (IMM 5289) suggests applying for OUTLAND application to as it is 6 MONTHS faster to get processed.
But can I do that if i'm IN CANADA ????

Yes you can. Download the outland application form and specify that you want the application processed in London (assuming you are a Brit). And yes, outland applications are processed way faster - have a look at the spreadsheet linked in my signature.
