Can he stop me taking my kids?
My Husband has been offered a job in canada which we have accepted, however, I am concerned that my ex may stop me from taking my children for a better life in canada, his name is NOT on the birth certificates as he has never contributed finacially to them, I am in the process of finding out who has the most parental rights, I have been told that my husband by law has the parental rights over my kids.
My question is, do I still need to seek permission for my children to leave this country to start a new life with us, even though he has never paid a been in maintenance for them? Can he make life difficult?
Your advice would be most welcome (without the SARCASM please)
