Calgary job offer, where do they apply for LMO ?

Calgary job offer, where do they apply for LMO ?
Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me where a Calgary employer who is not familiar with the LMO procedure would apply in order to obtain one ?
The job is in NOC B but they have never been in this situation before but are very keen to offer the employment to me the foreign worker. I am aware of Service Canada and that they are in Calgary but is that where they would apply?
Your help is much appreciated !

The Edmonton address is correct, thats where my employer got my approved LMO from back in July.
