Well, WL has the file as of the date the CAIPS notes were copied for you.
It will come out for initial assessment on November 12 or thereabouts. The
rest has no data to report except that it will take a while to receive a
security decision. You should not have requested these notes without some
indication of a problem as it is too early to really learn anything at all.
